The ETBO (VIP) Outsourcing Process

1.  Input
**  A designated representative of your company sends us the input data via e-mail or even fax.
**  Input should include overtime hours, travel claims, changes in medical aid, retirement funding, personal information, bank details and leave transactions.

2.  Transformation
**  The input is processed on the VIP Payroll System
**  Review of the processed payroll
**  Summary reports e.g. EMP201 Report
**  Your company is supplied with a breakdown of the amounts to be transferred to employee accounts.
**  An electronic CSV file is created and forwarded to the designated e-mail of the company. The file can be imported into the banking system software to transfer net salaries directly to employee accounts.
**  Manual payment transfers can also be made by the company.

3. Output
** Payslips are printed for each employee and are distributed to the designated person in the company.
** ETBO supplies you with a hardcopy or electronic reports that are customised for your company's needs.
** We complete your EMP201 return for PAYE, UIF and SDL online via E-filing.
** Payment of EMP201 via E-filing
>> E-filing is used in the utmost of confidentiality and is very successful.

4. Flexibility
** We discuss your requirements and then formulate a service that is individually tailored to suit your needs. VIP software is under constant review and updated in line with standards.

5. Feedback
** Meetings are arranged between ETBO and the client to suit the client's requirements.  During the first three months of the relationship a monthly meeting is proposed, thereafter a quarterly meeting to ensure the service offered is in line with the expectations.
